I ordered over the phone and the guy did say that it would take some knowledge to get it working. He told me ahead of time that there is no MAC support and I bought it anyway. As I said I got it working and I am a Novice on MAC. Overall I would say the service was great the device was a little hard to figure out but Unlike the other places I called I got no bull**** from spyville and I am very happy with the recorder.
